Kickboxing
Kickboxing is a stand-up discipline that incorporates boxing, knees, and kicks. Our style incorporates Japanese K1 style, Dutch-style, and Karate, with elements of Muay Thai.
Boxing
Boxing dates back to Ancient Greece 6SS BC as an Olympic game. The sport involves using the fists the four main punches in boxing; jab, cross, hook, and uppercut. The two different stances are orthodox (lead left) and southpaw (lead right)- Defensive movements include a variety of footwork, head movement, and blocking
